Distillers House

Distiller’s House was amazing opportunity to work with a historic building that was once the head quarters of a major drinks company. The building was full of amazing character and allowed our team to design and enhance these features to create 12 unique apartments, including possibly the grandest and best studio apartment in Edinburgh. The building suited being used as serviced apartments, and on completion was sold to a private investor who ran the building on this basis.
