19 Dublin Street

The creation of 3 apartments from a tired former office in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town. This challenging development included blending a modern extension with an 1850’s building, to create large and well laid out 2 and 3 bed apartments. The incorporation of modern materials and equipment helped create a feel of high quality new build in a listed building façade, whilst retaining all the features that make these buildings so amazing to live in.
